Join in the Fun
This is your chance to take part in our annual Ice Show which this year is focused on a jazz / blues feel.
The show will be on Thursday December 30th at 7:00pm.
There will be a minimum of six production numbers and skaters who are qualified to skate in the Regional Championships can skate a solo if they wish. In addition to the group numbers there will be the opportunity for skaters to perform trios.
All music must be either swing, blues or jazz and agreed with Chris.
It is sure to be great fun and will give you the chance to showcase all the skills that you have learned this season.
Rehearsal
The group numbers will be rehearsed over several dates throughout December. A full rehearsal schedule will be available soon.
It is very important that you commit to taking part in as many rehearsals as possible as this will have a significant impact to the quality of the performance.
Tickets
Tickets for the show will be $9 & sold on a first come first serve basis. They will go on sale on Wednesday December 1st at 9:00am. There will be tables on the ice available also. Please see Karen Kay for prices and availability.
Costume Measurements
Please ensure that you clearly mark the costume size that you require on your application form. Please note that the most important measurement is the girth measurement. Measure the girth from the center of the right shoulder, through the crotch, and back to the starting point. Hold the tape loosely. When in doubt let the girth measurement be your guide. Application Deadline
All applications must be in by Wednesday 13th October, with FULL PAYMENT.
There will be a $25 late fee for any applications received after this date, subject to costume availablity.
What’s Included?
To have a trio you must also be in one of the production numbers.
The price includes: Rehearsals & Choreography, Costume (Production number only). DVD $25 extra.
